Announcing our 2019 Annual General Meeting

When?    Saturday June 1 at 5:15pm
Where?  MacEwan University, Allard Hall in Edmonton Room 11-011
It will begin immediately following day 2 of our QLab Training Course (seats still available). After a brief AGM we have arranged for a tour of the Triffo Theatre and associated spaces inside MacEwan’s Allard Hall (open less than 2 years). Then we can head across the street to 1st Rnd where CITT will buy everyone some appetizers to share.

All CITT members are encouraged to attend as well as anyone who would like to learn more about who we are and how we help live entertainment in Canada.  Only CITT members in good-standing will be eligible to vote.

We will offer live streaming video of the AGM available for anyone who would like to participate but is unable to attend in person. Please email alberta@citt.org for details. Due to the technical requirements we ask that you RSVP for the remote video option by Friday, May 24. We will only spend time prepping this if demand exists. Thanks for understanding.

If you would like to designate another member with a proxy vote for yourself or your organization please let us know in advance.

The CITT Alberta Section is ran entirely by volunteers that actively promote the professional development of its members and works for the betterment of the Canadian live performance community. If you are interested in donating a small amount of time each month to help in this mission, you can have a role in shaping this organization. This year we have the positions of Chair, Treasurer and Members-At-Large up for election.

Remember to come to 1st Rnd after the tour, This is a great way to meet your new board and other CITT members in an informal setting. We promise to keep the meeting short!
